Testing Process

  1. Check-in (Inventory of all items received and recorded on Test Report)
  2. Washing (Machine and hand washed to remove grime and previous certification stamp)
  3. Visual Inflation Inspection (Check both sides inside and out to identify tears, cuts, holes and any other irregularity)
  4. Dielectric Testing (Based on voltage classification of each item) Drying
  5. Certification Stamping (Applied just prior to shipping, includes date tested and maximum use voltage)
  6. Shipping and Record keeping (Detailed Test Report, by item, included with each order and a copy kept at the test lab)
